“I could not be more grateful for my experience this far with the trainers at PPT. From the first time I stepped into the gym back in April, to now, I have changed physically and mentally.
While teaching K-8 music, and having surgery back in January, I noticed the stress starting to affect me. I became less active, my diet changed, and I began to gain weight. I knew I needed to change my daily routine but did not want to start at a standard gym, and risk hurting my shoulder. I began looking online for a training program, and stumbled upon Premier Personal Training.
Walking into the gym for my first small group training class, I was so nervous, but I was greeted by the trainers and the other members that would be in my class. The trainers are very sensitive to any mobility issues, past surgeries or injuries you have. The large group sessions are just as supportive as the small group classes. The trainers have great senses of humor and are always there to cheer you on when you think you can’t go any further. After two months at PPT, my diet has improved, I’ve watched my body start to change, my shoulder is getting stronger and my self confidence is finally getting better.
