While we specialize in semi-private personal training, we do offer weekly group training sessions – to add a little bit of friendly teamwork and competition into the mix. Semi-Private Training

Popular amongst our growing clientele, Premier Personal Training’s Semi-Private Training sessions are trainer-led workouts with up to five people in every group. If one-on-one isn’t your thing, or you don’t like the price tag that comes along with private training, or if you feel you could benefit from a little competition, these are the sessions for you. The small group environment allows for a family-type of environment, with added motivation and focus from a professional trainer. In these sessions, participants will work on more technical exercises, more advanced set:rep schemes, and more effective work:rest ratios. Our Semi-Private Training sessions are designed to get you stronger and leaner more efficiently and more effectively. Large Group Training

We often refer to our Large Group Training sessions as a “Team Training” session, because it provides an opportunity for our entire team to work together for a common goal.

These sessions are High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts, scientifically proven and specifically designed to burn fat more efficiently and more effectively than running on the treadmill. And better yet, they’re more fun, more engaging, and much more motivating. Even if you’re a beginner don’t worry, we have your back.  Our trainers will make sure you get the appropriate exercise for your individual fitness level.
